The McKuin residence remodel was simply a kitchen and bath remodel to a 1960s ranch/post and beam house in the Hollywood hills. The client wanted a very simple and classically modern design, but he also had a soft-spot for rich materials. The addition of strategically placed skylights serves to balance the light in both rooms.
